Worst service I have ever received. Do not sign anything when you move into a home that has this tank at the residence and get it removed right away. Even if you have no hot water until a new provider gets their tank in there it will be worth the cold showers to not have to deal with the aggravation and money you will lose. They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars and had the worst customer service I have experienced. They are worst company ever. Please do not use them. They make excuses that roads are closed when waiting for delivery. They are always late couple weeks delivering. Worst company ever. We have 2 babies in the house and we are running out of propane and they keep lying to us why they couldn’t make it or that they made it but no one was home. My wife is a stay home mom and we were gone for 2 weeks but they never came. Please don’t use them
Worst service ever! Taking my business elsewhere. Had to call 3 times to finally get a delivery when tank was below 20 percent. Almost froze to death!! Could not understand the customer service foreigners on the phone! I speak ENGLISH.
We had Heritage Propane for years and then it was bought out by Amerigas. We were able to stand it for a couple of years even though every time you called it took forever to actually speak to someone and then usually that persons English was very hard to understand. We live in Hudson Nc and back the 1st week of October I placed a call for service due to my tank ( from erosion) was leaning so bad it was about to roll down the hill. A tech came out, refilled the tank, determined there was a leak, and said that someone would be put to fix it. Almost a week later we called and found out that there was no order. We followed up with them again and they informed us it would take 7-14 days for a tech to arrive. Apparently, it was in the system that the leak was fixed. They really do not have their stuff together. There is no reason it has been a month later, and I still don't have any heat in my house.
As a new Customer I am not happy with the service i have received with this company. I was told that they would be checking our propane tank to make sure that everything was good, and to be filled up. They sent someone they filled it up but DID NOT CHECK THE TANK for any problems. I had to call them again because we was having problems getting our fire place to work, they was supposed to send someone out to check it but all they did was sit in the truck as i was outside waiting to talk to someone. Pitiful company. Would not bring my elderly aunt propane. And she had already paid them one thousand dollars for it. We told them refund her money or go to court, And we switched companies.
absolute worst. They have missed their deliveries 100% and want to charge emergency fee and a service visit if you run out after they miss their dates 2X. Now they say they delivered 4 gallons and tank is full. Gauge is on 35% and going down . Customer service has been subbed out to a foreign country and its impossible to resolve a problem. Go with somebody else
I have read a lot of the below reviews and they are all likely true to the letter and they sound very much like a match to my own experience! Amerigas Propane is a company that is truly broken and one to stay away from if you want to keep your sanity....I had to finally cancel my account and contract with a local provider and months later still waiting for their 3 tanks to be picked up off my lawn ....There simply is no reliable way to talk to a person or call a person in the company who can get that task done and come get t... read more
