I was quoted one price and invoiced for double. The fittings leaked within 2 months of install and I was also charged for dispatch and repair. When customer service called, no one can resolve the issue. I requested a copy of the original invoice and PDF updater was used on a newly generated invoice with my signature. This business is a FRAUD!!

Stay away from Amerigas they outsource their customer service and it’s impossible to get your gas turned on and off when needed

not only they removed my tank which did not belong to them and took my gas without any warning they returned the tank 3 months latter proceed to fill with half of my gas and now they are billing me for the gas!I have a huge list of emails and phone calls to which they are not acknowledging and honor their mistake and promise of refilling the stolen gas!Way to go Amerigas..... welcome to the better business bureau list of horror

I have been on Amerigas' auto delivery for many years, and only recently they let me run out. Following my call, they delivered and performed a required leak test, for which the driver said that I was not responsible, but that he was obligated to perform. He said that he would make a note on the paperwork. My email response to the first Amerigas bill (which included the leak test charge!) was ignored. This is the worst company ever. I really hate leaving a one star review. It is much better than they deserve. We sold our house in June of 2024. We called to cancel our account. We were paid up through Dec 31st 2024. These people still have not canceled our account. They have billed us for another year and have added 2 late fees. They outsource to call center in *****. ******* 2x what other companies charge. They gradually increased the price to see what we would pay. Luckily we checked other companies for price. Elderly abuse. They ask for fees upfront

This business is by far the worse I have ever come across. In the fall of 2024 I was at my ELDERLY mothers home As I passed by the gas tank, I noticed a propane smell. I was unable to read the company name on the take due to its age and weathered condition. I found the information inside and made the call to have a gas leak check done. Unfortunately one of the worst companies with which I have conducted business.Due to constant billing issues, such as consistently charging MORE than agreed upon fees. Therefore, I attempted to terminate my ************ the ****************** carefully! It states that they can raise fees without notice. They raised tank removal fees and service fees. Awful company. Robbed me of my money. I pay an annual maintenance fee to ensure tank is checked every time its filled. Tank was filled in December, had a leak that wasnt noticed by their employee, lost the full tank and they are refunding less than half. I usually have the tank filled every 6 months when its at 20%. Had the propane for 2 out of 6 months and it was on 0%. Im switching companies after this ******.
