cant even do one star. ******** services has been terrible. ******************** acts like they do not care. Have paid them and 12 days later still waiting with 0% for 4 days now. Called 4 days straight and have been on the phone for over 7 hours this week. Still not even a delivery date even though i was promised next day on thursday. Its now friday and they have no record of this. if they did not have 900 of mine I would go elsewhere by now but the sadder part is house is 39F and all i hear is im so sorry for that...

This would be a zero-star review if I could. I have been with AmeriGas for the last 8 years and had zero issues with themuntil this past year. Over the last year, they have raised my rate by nearly $1,000 and made it nearly impossible to contact them.Recently, I switched to a local company that actually answers their phones and treats you like a human being. Terrible company, would never recommend. Would not fill our propane, drove to our house and drove away and nobody on the phone could make sense of the reason. Ran out of propane for heat in the middle of the night even though an urgent fill request was put in. When asking to speak to a supervisor over the past week at constantly put on hold and then transferred to a survey and hung up on. Have been on hold for hours with this s***** company and nobody can connect us to a supervisor.

My current tank level is at 10%. I ordered my propane on Jan 9th and my delivery was supposed to be between 01/16-01/20, it was rescheduled to Jan 18, then to Jan 19, then to Jan 21 with no show on Jan 21 and no call. It is now Jan 22nd and no one can tell me my delivery date. I am now on hold to speak to a team specialist/supervisor which has been forever and currently still on hold. I use propane for cooking, heating and hot water. I have never dealt with this kind of issue with Amerigas. ******** ********.

AmeriGas is literally the worst propane company ever.. thier 800 number goes to ***** and they have literally no folks you can talk to in the ***. I have called the local number, corporate headquarters number etc, and they all get forwarded to *****. This applies to AmeriGas as a company..not just one location. I would warn anyone NOT TO USE AMERIGAS. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I ran out of propane, and placed an emergency ticket for next day service as my heat wont work without propane. If I could leave zero or -0 stars, I ******** not enter into contract with this company. Find another propane supplier. We "rented" 2 tanks for >10 years. When I requested that they come to pick up the tanks, the *** on the phone did not discuss any fees associated to the pick up. If she had, we would have taken the tanks to the distribution site ourselves.Two days after AmeriGas picked up the tanks (10 minutes at our house), we received a bill for $445.18 ($300 for pickup & $120 dispatch fee + tax)- full amount due in 30 da... read more

First off I bought my house in ******* MI in October 2024. The previous owner said they transferred the account to me but last month they called me saying they were being harassed by Amerigas so I called and had the propane switched to my name. UNTIL I went to sign into my account and read the contract it wanted me to click and approve but it mentioned a 3 year lease we did not discuss on the phone. I put in on 1/5/2025 to have my tank filled up. Amerigas gave me a delivery date of 1/13/25 thru 1/16/2024. Here I am with almost nothing in my tank and they missed two appointments stating I missed them. I work from home so that is a crock of crap! Were is the customer service! I have an 94 year old in my house and I cant be without. But what do they care. Its about to be extremely cold out and we will be without heat! I dont think they want my business!

Amerigas **************** is the most inadequate I have ever dealt with. Since there are no brick and mortar offices you can go to the only option is to call their ****************. They are a third party contractor with no interest in solving my issue. Several examples: One of their delivery drivers knocked down part of my rock retaining wall and didn't bother to mention it to me, I contacted **************** and never heard anything from Amerigas, on Dec 16, 2024 I was scheduled to receive a delivery.
