I moved to my house in March 2023 . From March till December 1st, I have paid more than $3000 for only Propane Gas. I called them and they explain the situation to them, they will send someone to check if there was a leakage. They assured me that they were going to waived and reimbursed my money. They Suck real bad, will never ever use them again. How can it be that they charge $4.19 a gallon and Ferrel gas charges only $2.92 a gallon.

my mother is 88 years old and has been set up on the auto fill. They have filled her tank twice with month for a total of over 2,000.00 she only has a wall heater and is only home a few hours a day as she stays with my brother and I. We called and they could not give us an answer as to why they keep charging her so much. this is the worst most dishonest company ever

If I had the ability to not select a start at all that would have been my option. The absolute worst company to deal with. We have been with this company for over 30 years (before it was AmeriGas). When this company decided to move its business to the Philippines that is where it went downhill. We never signed an agreement for tank rental NOR terms and conditions for tank removal. I order my fill up and it has been 11 days and I still don’t have my Gas… I even paid 300 for the next day fill up and did not receive it either…. They can’t even tell me when my delivery is exspected….

I have been fighting with AmeriGas since November 19 regarding an unauthorized charge on my account. They sent out a customer service tech after I specifically told them not to because I did not want to pay $195 for them to check my tank and now I’ve been charged a late fee on top of the $195. I keep receiving past due notices for a service I did not authorize I’ve opened four cases with AmeriGas disputing this charge and they keep giving me the runaround. on top of that I’ve tried calling my local office and every call rout... read more

This company has repeatedly refused to refund my credit balance of approximately $200.00 since November, due to a billing error on their part. I have gone online requesting my money back several times, plus made numerous phone calls requesting the same. I just get nowhere!! Last week someone in their resolutions dept. promised me a refund check with a week. My mother has ordered her gas from Amerigas from the office in Ocala, Florida for many years with no problems until they resourced their customer service. We ordered gas in the summer of 2020 or 2021 and the bill was paid. Within the last two years, I have called repeatedly to find out why AmeriGas keeps billing my mother for gas that we have not ordered or received. Can’t understand customer service rep. very frustrating. It’s almost worth switching propane companies.
