They Suck real bad, will never ever use them again. How can it be that they charge $4.19 a gallon and Ferrel gas charges only $2.92 a gallon.

Amerigas owns the tank that is buried in my property that I bought in April 2021. I have no choice but to buy propane from Amerigas based on othe lease lest have the tank excavated and removed. After being charged a much higher rate per gallon on gas compared to the local market, I attempted to lock in a rate in June 2023. My mother has ordered her gas from Amerigas from the office in Ocala, Florida for many years with no problems until they resourced their customer service. We ordered gas in the summer of 2020 or 2021 and the bill was paid. Within the last two years, I have called repeatedly to find out why AmeriGas keeps billing my mother for gas that we have not ordered or received. I order my fill up and it has been 11 days and I still don’t have my Gas… I even paid 300 for the next day fill up and did not receive it either…. They can’t even tell me when my delivery is exspected….

If I had the ability to not select a start at all that would have been my option. The absolute worst company to deal with. We have been with this company for over 30 years (before it was AmeriGas). When this company decided to move its business to the Philippines that is where it went downhill. We never signed an agreement for tank rental NOR terms and conditions for tank removal. I have been fighting with AmeriGas since November 19 regarding an unauthorized charge on my account. They sent out a customer service tech after I specifically told them not to because I did not want to pay $195 for them to check my tank and now I’ve been charged a late fee on top of the $195. This company has repeatedly refused to refund my credit balance of approximately $200.00 since November, due to a billing error on their part. I have gone online requesting my money back several times, plus made numerous phone calls requesting the same. I just get nowhere!! Last week someone in their resolutions dept. promised me a refund check with a week. I am a new Amerigas customer and not happy with them at all. After signing on with them, they brought one of their tanks, swapped out the tank belonging to another LPG company with their tank. The installer checked to ensure no gas leak. As soon as the Amerigas tank was installed and gas valve opened, my Rinnai tankless gas water heater stopped working.
