We've had positive experiences with Amerigas. *********** is responsive. Website is easy to use, best for placing orders. Text messages provided concerning order status. Price is typically lowest in our area.

I put in a request for a fill the beginning of the week and my tank was filled on Friday!Delivery was handled by *********************.He read my note requesting a call before delivery and actually called an hour before his arrival! He was kind, friendly and knew his job! We will use Americagas again and hope ***** remains our delivery person!

This review is for AmeriGas Maintenance Scheduling and Field Maintenance. ********* named **** initiated calls and answered calls for my questions. He was a highly professional, helpful, friendly individual. It turned out that my account was in a different service area from Seans. Getting to the right people to resolve an issue is a nightmare. Obviously the customer service is all overseas and/or they only hire people who speak minimal English. BUT - I will say once we got through that maze of human interaction (which took us over 2 weeks of calling), the local customer service people here in Jacksonville FL did an excellent job of quickly resolving our issue. They sent emails showing a special for summer fill. The email clearly says at checkout. I tried to enter this system and it didn't work. So, I called and entered an order for fill up in automatic system . Same day I received the email. Saved email. Then I went in to pay for my order a few days later same problem couldn't pay w/ o assistance. Then they said the Summerville was to be ordered ahead of time. Even though it says at check out. Checkout is when you pay. They didnt honor their word. Im extremely upset.

Ridiculous service fees and terrible customer service, canceled there services and they sent me a bill for over 500 dollars to pick up a disconnected tank.. cant even reach them on the phone.

Amerigas bought my original propane gas provider and my service went to s*** I ordered a refill for my tank and their delivery driver said that he couldn't access the tank the same tank that the original company (American Propane) had serviced for years prior to being sold. I paid rental on this tank for 26 years, cancelled my account and called for scheduled pickup and I couldn't get a pickup date/ time several phone calls later with persistence they gave me a pickup appointment in which they didn't show up for Then they ch... read more

Ideally, this would be a 0 star review. AmeriGas provides the absolute worst customer service. Failure to answer or return calls, failure to appear for scheduled appointments, failure to ensure customer safety and failure to comply with applicable law. Avoid at all costs.

After one of their employees failed to properly update the delivery request they overfilled my tank by ***** and left me on the hook for the bill. Then they came and pumped out all the gas, sent me a bill, and never processed my refund. Their idea of conflict resolution was to send through the request to get me the refund. As if this wasnt money already owed to me.
