Never will do business again with Amerigas. I called to have my tank filled with promotional fee of $1.79 per gallon. I stated to her that I do not want any extra fees and she said there will not be any. I also inquired about how to get my money back if my tank did not use all that much propane, she said I could call and get a refund once the propane was delivered. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. We cancelled our service due to poor service back in July 2022. I called multiple times to have the tanks picked up over the course of several months, all while incurring late charges. How can you have late charges every month if you have cancelled your service?? WORST COMPANY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ON BILLING.AS LONG AS YOU'RE PAYING, ALL GOOD. HAVE A PROBLEM,,,,,,, WELL THAT'S A PROBLEM!!!! THEY ARE BILLING ME TWICE FOR SOMETHING I NEVER WANTED, BUT I PAID JUST TO GET PAST ALL THIS. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BILL ME AGAIN FOR EVEN MORE!!!! AND KEEP ADDING INTEREST TO A BILL I DON'T EVEN OWE!!! THEY ARE NOT MY PROPANE COMPANY, BUT THEY KEEP SENDING ME BILLS!!! THEY ARE NOT GETTING NO MORE MONEY FROM ME!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP
My propane pressure was low so they sent out a tech to test it and yes the pressure regulator was bad. The tech replaced it because it was well within warranty (2 years into a 5 year warranty term) and told me I wasn't going to be charged because it was a warranty replacement. 5 months later I get a bill stating I owe almost $300 for the service call and "low pressure concern". No, I don't owe this bill. It was caused by their faulty equipment. This is for a service location in Pahrump, NV.
