This company is complete trash and I am canceling my service with AmeriGas. I paid for gas to be delivered to my property on October 5, 2023. When full, the gas lasts one year for my home. I was charged $365.29. The gas lasted less than 90 days. It should also be noted that the delivery driver on Oct 5 did not leave an invoice. AmeriGas is the biggest fraudster gas company I have ever seen. We have been without gas for 3 days now. Paid the expedited fee, for no reason because it has still been 3 days. Have been made multiple promises to come fill it and then no one shows after I miss an entire day of work for no reason. I cannot wait for them to come fill this tank and I cancel my service. Ordered gas and was promised delivery yesterday 4 different times I called. No delivery and now I an out of fuel in frigid temps. Can't get a local person when calling the number. Company has out sourced all communications. I have been a customer for 20 plus years. I will be looking for a new company!

I placed an order for delivery on the 6th if January 2024. They billed me.and it has been paid in full. I still have not received the promised delivery. This delivery is to keep the heat going in my elderly fathers house. This is his only heat source and he is at 5%. I have called everyday to check on the order and for a week they keep promising that it is in urgent emergency status and will be delivered the next day. If I could give no stars I would. Back in November of 2023 both my husband and I called into AmeriGas seeking resolution of the propane not feeding to our house correctly. We have 2 daughters and were left without heat, hot water, and a stove. Propane is our primary source. A week went by and AmeriGas didnt call either my husband or I back. They didnt show up either. AmeriGas is apparently sold. If you need help, you have to talk to somebody in the Philippines. I live in the mountains North Carolina; our Weather is nothing like the Philippines; our Weather is hot temperatures in the summer, and zero temperatures in the winter time; they have almost let us run out two times. This is such a terrible company. There no way they aren’t going bankrupt VERY soon. We moved into a home that had an Amerigas owned tank. We had the 500 gallon tank filled in 11/2022 at $2.68/gal. 1. We were set up with convenience pay. The amount per month “fluctuated” from $74 to $140 and then $170. (That’s not actually a fluctuation btw.. that’s impossible to budget) It was paid off by March and then we noticed they were still taking money for several months after this that amounted to over $500. Today is Friday, January 19th. I ordered propane from them about January 10th. I was told that they would deliver by January 16th. I still have no propane. They have a call center in the Philippines. No one local to talk to. Piss poor service. I can not give them a low enough number. I still have no propane and the next few days the temperature will get town to 7 degrees, again and again.

Very poor costumer service. Delivers gas to wrong address and refuses to fix the problem. You never can talk to anyone that can help you with your problems. They take your money and then mess up and will not fix it. I advise no one to use this company.
