Competition for poorest customer service is fierce these days, but I think this company is hands down the winner. When you have a problem, it is almost impossible to speak to a person. Walk-ins at their local location are not permitted. Their local phone number connects you to their automated 800 number. When you finally do get a person, they are in another country and very difficult to understand. The WORST company with the WORST ethics. My tank was picked up with 48gal propane remaining, which I was told would be refunded to me. After 3 MONTHS of waiting and calling every so often to check the status of this refund, today I am told that all of the other agents I have spoken with have told me misinformation and that there was zero propane remaining in my tank. Don't use exchange tanks, have had valve problems 2 out of 3 tanks, one valve wouldn't open and the other valve leaked. They are dangerous to use.
HORRIBLE! Literally the most unhelpful customer service I have ever encountered. They rented me a faulty tank that was leaking. Both unsafe and very expensive for me. They have offered no help and have tried to further upcharge me without addressing the faulty equipment. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They deserve - 100 stars. Whatever the worst possible rating. I'm mad I have to give them a single star.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After numerous issues, I'm now waiting for the tank, FULL of propane, to be picked up. It's been sitting in my yard for 2 months and today I'm told it will be another 2 months. In the meantime, I continue to be harassed to pay the bill for the over priced propane that was never used and sitting here for return. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs! Literally the worst in so many ways.
I would like to give them a -5 if I could. I canceled my auto delivery because I was moving but they came and filled my tanks anyway so I move and I get a bill so I called them and told them I do not live there anymore and they said that they would take care of it this went on for months so I call again and they said it would be taken care of well it wasn't because today I get another bill so I call again and I give up because I have them were I live now I need help to get these people off my back
Worst customer service. The tank looked awful in our front yard. Requested painting. They told us to paint it ourselves. lol. So we decided to switch companies and they charged us with a pickup fee. **************** said they tell customers this but they didnt. Cant even understand what they are saying due to language differences. They also said it was a $199.98 bill but they added $100 to that too. I would never go with this company again. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years.
