Scam artist ambulance service. Paid all the co- pays for my mother's transportation back to her assisted living. They started with 1 bill for unpaid co-pay, sent to collection. I gave the collection company proof it was paid. Then Ameri Pro followed up with a second unpaid co-pay, I guess cause I wouldn't pay the first scam. Can't get their billing department on the phone and won't return calls. So I will say this AmeriPro. Keep adding unpaid bills, don't care, you will not get another cent out of us!!

The irony that Ameripro EMS, being a company that offers compassionate care in emergent situations then offers non-compassionate billing practices is not lost. Ameripro EMS is literally the only component of our "800 mile away from home" emergent heart situation my wife had that has not been negotiable. I can see why there have been laws passed regarding surprise medical billing, but apparently there is still much work to be done. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Transport team was the only good thing in dealing with this company. I have been dealing with this company for 8 months. My hospital arranged for this company to transport me home after hospitalization with covid. I was charged for oxygen which I didn't use and Medicare refused payment. Now my primary and secondary insurance are saying it is a billing error and not my responsibility. If you can use another company, save yourself some major headaches by calling someone else. My brother is non-verbal and was in the hospital at Piedmont Henry on September 16, 2023. AmeriPro EMS was the company that was scheduled to deliver him home on that date at 10 am. They brought him home on at 5 am and didn't call anyone. Two female emts, one who was later confirmed as "Buckner," called my phone with a nasty attitude telling me that no one was here and she would call the sheriff or take him back to the hospital.
