Right from the initial contact phone call returned by Marc Berman through his initial on site visit, subsequent phone conversations, e-mails and follow up visits, the sense that I got was we hired the right people to get everything done in the most professional manner. I would enthusiastically & legitimately hire AMHAC, recommend AMHAC & most assuredly ask for Marc B. to be the point person engineer on any A C work in the future!!

After getting quotes from three different dealer/installers of air conditioners we chose AMHAC. The process is not simple. AMHAC informed us there are calculations that have to be done to insure you are not over or under spend on equipment. After meeting with AMHAC we felt confident and their price was the best. The gentlemen that I interacted with from the initial phone call, to the preliminary visit, to the final installation of my water heater were all extremely professional, friendly, and informative. In addition, the response time was excellent. I also had a follow up interaction with the office which was very positive and helpful. The team from AMHAC was professional and willing to do things the way I wanted. I am very particular about the aesthetics as well as form for the ducting and installation. They took their time and made the new duct work look like an art installation with limited bends to keep the air flowing. They installed the A/C compressor exactly where I wanted it so I could rake in the Fall, or reach the breaker in an emergency. The previous installation was removed cleanly and the new equipment placed in a better position.
