Overall the job got done but communication could have been better. No acknowledgement to emails, questions raised in emails that weren’t answered. Exchanged on Tuesday and not a word from yourselves until Thursday! Completion today, received paperwork earlier on in the day ‘ahead of completion’ but no call or email to tell me we had actually completed. I only knew once I checked the bank account to see the funds had been transferred, followed up with a call to my estate agent.
