Friendly and approachable I found the team at the 13736 office friendly and approachable. In particular I found David Chapman's willingness to explain the finer detail regarding certain conveyancing issues very reassuring.
Professional Ms Skinner was always very professional and was helpful and reassuring when I had any concerns. Although there was an unfortunate delay in forwarding forms TA6 and TA10 and the EPC form, the matter was dealt with promptly when raised.

Horrific Experience An absolutely awful experience with Tamara that made us stop using Amicus Law and move to another solicitor when buying our house. Having had a call from Tamara and her shouting down the phone at me and not letting me get a word in regarding a matter that had previously come to light when we first purchased our property.
