RecommendedI had a great customer service experience with Amish Sheds Direct of MI. The representative, Will, was very professional, courteous, and on point addressing my questions and providing helpful information. As a first time shed buyer, I didn't know much about the process or options and had several questions. On every occasion he got back to me very quickly. Will explained everything clearly so I could make informed decisions and even provided promotional discounts I did not know about. Chloe was also great. She made initial co... read more

RecommendedGot a free estimate over a year ago with no intention to purchase at that time. Came back to the conversation on Facebook Messenger and was able to use that building design and price again by next day. Kept in contact with me for several days while I contacted local building inspectors. When I found out I could only get a smaller building they were able to run me a new design and quote the next day.
