This was a great and pleasant experience. Everyone was amazing and professional.
My original loan officer was initially very helpful but overall difficult to get in touch with and I almost completely canceled working with penny Mac until I try again with a different loan officer who was amazing.
Ammie was wonderful. Everything was done so quickly and she helped make it a very easy and stress free process.
