What confused me is way to many people working on my documents! It’s nice to establish a trust/in a friendship, with the person I’m working with. Everyone was very nice, I guess I like to know my person. Tammie Mack stuck with me til end, I really appreciated that! She was very pleasant. I guess I felt pushed off by all the others for any questions I had. Just too many hands in the pot. Glad it’s basically done. Thank you to all that helped make this happen. Much appreciated.

When Amy said she left a extensive message for me. Instead of being sorry for no contact I was told you must have given us the wrong number

I was amazed how quickly everything came together for our refinance process. I liked using the portal to upload documents and to see things as they were in progressing. The staff were very helpful and answered all our concerns and questions promptly.
The refinancing process was done in a timely manner. And the closing was done as promised.
