Awesome job
Aimee Mack was so valuable in assisting us reach a MUCH lower rate than what he had a year ago. The process was exceptionally quick to ensure we lock in our rate. In the event rates drop below 4%, I would like Aimee to assist us again.
My only problem is that at times the process seemed confusing. Each time I called I spoke with a different person. Why can't there be one point of contact for the whole procedure
We really like the portal that showed progress and the files that were uploaded.
The team was professional and very pleasant. Things were smooth. My previous loan was with Pennymac so this is the second time I've used them and would recommend you to anyone in need.
