I have been a regular for a few years, however one of their staff members recently left and as a result they decided to cancel my appointment without telling me even though I was booked in with someone different who still works there and without giving me a reason just before my 40th birthday and had to faff around looking for a new nail tech with availability at such a busy time!! Had a spray tan done on 6th June with Victoria for a hen do, the spray tan was done in a dim lit room in a tan soaked shower cubicle. After arriving home from the appointment I noticed I had green stained feet from the stale tan soaked towel that I had to stand on in the shower cubicle which didn’t come off after scrubbing and multiple big patches on my body that had been missed, therefore needed covering up with bottle tan back home. Far too expensive! £25 to remove a full set! Never spent that after years of having full set nails. An offer of the manager calling to discuss, but never received. Poor service so will not be returning!

I've been in two minds about writing a review but I came in for a trim a month ago before a big event and the lady that cut my hair completely ruined it. It was so uneven and the right side was literally hacked into. I was booked in for 4.30 and she told me she had to leave by 5PM and to be honest, I think she just rushed it. I couldn't tell properly until I got home as it was a blast dry but I got so many comments from friends and colleagues asking what had happened to my hair. It was like zig zags in the front. went for an eyebrow wax as i grew them out for ages and ended up coming out with 2 completely different eyebrows! one was so thin and the other was thick. was a shame as i grew them out for ages and i just wanted a tidy up. I went back in for a refund and the owner messaged me personally which was a nice gesture and much appreciated!

The staff were nice but don’t take the last appointment of the day.. you’ll only feel rushed out trying to pay and get your coat on and have to leave with wet nails which got ruined! Nearly £40 later for acrylics (way above average £ in the area) and for the first time ever my nail broke off within a week! Such a shame as the staff were friendly.
