Most of the staff presented themselves as polite and professional. My new hygienist and dentist were personable and informative. They each told me what was about to happen before they carried out each step. They each inquired about my level of comfort a few times during my visit. They told me what I needed and asked what I wanted. They gave clear instructions on what my role is with my oral health. Again they were polite and professional, something you don’t experience enough in Miami-Dade County these days.
Always a great visit worth the time. All the staff r friendly and patient with us with our questions. My kids are not nervous about going to a dental visit anymore. The staff do a great job meeting the kids needs and comfort
Everyone greated me with a big smile and open arms. I was quickly attended before my actual appointment time and I was given a lot of time and patience on me. I was never left unattended.

My appointment was at 11am and I got in at 11am. The staff here are all amazing with a smile on there face every time. I've been coming here for years and not one disappointment. The one person I really interact with is Helen and she has been the only person to work on my teeth since day one. She takes her time and makes sure I leave with a new set of teeth and explains everything very clearly. I thank you for all the hard work the staff has done and especially Helen!
