I am very satisfied with the service I received. On nuclear visit I was brought to the back to discuss a bill that my husband has. When mail comes to my house it goes to the person named on the letter. I think that part could have been handled differently. Maybe give me a letter or verify that our contact information was still the same. I don't want to argue about a bill that isn't mine.
I have had an array of Dental Work done in the past and this Office is one of the best I've ever encountered. I even mentioned to my wife how pleasant the experience was. They seemed extremely honest. professional and concerned for my well being. Again, a great experience.
