I have lived in Miami for about a year now and compared to Virginia the customer service in this town is horrendous, BUT...your office is the exception. I love this office, everyone is so nice.
The place is so clean and very nicely decorated. I really enjoyed the waiting area, it was comfortable. The seat in the dental rooms were SO comfortable, the most comfortable I've ever sat in. The staff was very polite and friendly. The only thing I did not like was the my wait time to be called into my appointment. My appointment was at 9am and I got there at 8:45am. I wasn't called in until around 9:45am. Perhaps because I was a first time client and the paperwork took longer. I'm not sure why it was so long but I didn't l... read more
