Doc Late as usual as it seems can’t keep on time and office temperature was very hot making the appointment uncomfortable A few hygienists not wearing masks

Hi Robert. This is Dr. Brown. I'm so sorry your experience was less than expected. It's been busy in the office post-covid and sometimes it is a bit harder to stay on time with patients. I would hope that when being seen by myself or Dr. Luthra you don't feel rushed. Yes, at your appointment we were having issues with our air-conditioning system, and had to wait a few days for it to be addressed. Things are much better now. Awesome. I'm recently new to the area and was concerned about finding a good dentist, but I couldn't be in better hands. Dr. Brown is just like the dentist I grew up living next to. That is what I look for. You will not be disappointed.
