From the introductory call with Amy through all the exchanges for information and documents, it was as though I was working with friends that cared about me. They were patient, kind and educated me on the loan process. I was sent reminders to keep me on task and I very much appreciate every person that I spoke or emailed with. The whole process was easy from the first phone call just requesting information all the way up until closing. Amy was always polite and patient, especially when I asked a million questions.
