Amy was terrific. She was available whenever I had questions. Our process was a little challenging, with several weird little complications, but Amy talked us through every step and helped me stay sane through the process. And somehow pulled it all together so that we could close on time. Amy and her team were wonderful!!

Our particular situation seemed to be going well until less the week leading up to closing. The amount due for closing changed drastically twice. Less that 12 hours before closing we received notice that we would be coming out of pocket another $13k. We had numerous conversations with Amy leading up to this with absolutely no warning of a change, especially of that magnitude. It just put a really bad taste in our mouth how everything went down. Amy was very responsive to any questions I had & made it easy to turn in all paperwork & documents needed to get my loan; however, I did have a major issue nearly cost me a home. I was pre-approved for a conventional loan which I then used to submit my offer. After my offer was accepted and we began moving forward I was then told I was not approved for a conventional, but an FHA. If I didn’t have more money to put down, this blunder could have cost me chance at my new home.

I felt like I had to push this simple refi along. Even now, after closing, there is still some uncertainty about the closing as wired money receipt is in question. I wonder how long it ill take to receive my money back? It could have been an easier and quicker process. The Loan Officer was quick to delegate tasks to underlings who appeared ill informed. I had to resubmit data several times as the refi drug into additional months and the underwriter wanted updated data. Frustrating.
