Ana was honest and positive. I wish there was a full list of everything the underwrites may need so things can go smoother when involving other people. But what made me not give up and stay focused was Ana's reminders and doing over and beyond to make sure things happened in a timely manner. Even though this process is tilted to feel like the lender's are against you. Ana made me feel like we were a team. This is my first home but I do not know if I could have done it without her.
