I am here helping my friend moving at Cook St next to New Season. ANC sent two young people out here and took a look at my friend's stuff. I went down to check why they didn't start moving, they said there are more boxes than my friend told her. The truck is big enough. My friend said they can charge more if they need more time. Hi Liying, We apologize for the misunderstanding. According to your friends son, Jack Wang, we were told we were only moving a TV, a king bed, a couple cabinets, a bookcase, two dressers, a loveseat and about 15 boxes. This would normally take 2 guys and a truck up to 4-5 hours. When our crew arrived onsite, they found that the inventory we were given was inaccurate. First off I was over charged. I was told $100 an hour and it turned into $140 and hour that supposedly was charged by accident, so they fixed it to $130 and hour instead lol. What a joke. Talking about they moved more than I had said which wasn’t true. They show up 30 mins late but because I went 15 mins over I get charged. They over charged me and the math said they owed me $$180 and all I got was $50.
