RecommendedI stored my possessions with Anchor for 15+ years. When uncrated, they were in excellent condition, just like when they were packed. The warehouse staff assisted me with uncrating, packing a U-haul trailer and arranging for a Goodwill pick-up. I could not have asked for more. Everything went very well with our move from Pennsylvania to Virginia. Mike did the virtual survey of our home and he was very thorough. Lisa was our coordinator and she kept me informed at every step of the way. All questions were answered. The guys that did the packing did everything with care. Falcon and Miguel were our loading, transport, and unloading team. They were AWESOME! They moved everything with care for our furniture and homes. They were so efficient. The communication from the home office was excellent, the estimate was accurate and everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. The movers were efficient on both ends. They were a little late arriving, but called me promptly to let me know and kept in communication to keep me posted. I used Anchor for a cross country move and I was very happy and would use them again if I am ever crazy enough to move again.
