Went there for my puppy's shots, exam, microchip. Never got to talk to the doctor, got meds but no explanation, the bill only had the charges but no explanation. The vet techs were going from car to car trying to figure out who owned what dog, there were way more animals there than one vet can see in an hour. Will not be going back. Called today to try to speak to the doctor, she did not call back.
I went to this veterinarian for the last time today. His bedside manner has been poor in the past, but today it reached an unacceptable low. My family and I have given this man a lot of business between our pets and referrals and today I accompanied my boyfriend and his mother's cat to his office. With no greetings, he looked at the cat, and, with not even the vaguest explanation as to what could be wrong with the cat, said he'd be ready for pick up at noon.
