5 Star : My Experience Kim, at the desk, was great! She kept us updated as to the progress and was more than helpful in answering questions. She is amazing! David, body shop guru, was spot on with diagnosing all the repair problems, as we were involved in a rear-end accident. He subsequently found more damage than originally estimated. Thank goodness, as this was a brand new (to us) vehicle.
