Technically, they’re still working on my car, but it has been an amazing experience! Everyone has been pleasant, but Alex has been super helpful and great at communication. I’m really impressed and will definitely use this shop for any future body work!

I had bad hail damage on my car from a hail/wind storm last summer in Hays, KS. I was referred to Shayne at Andover Auto Body from a family friend, and I’m SO thankful I was able to schedule with him to get the hail damage taken care of! There were some nasty dents all over my vehicle and Shayne got them out with no problem, and on the plus side, it didn’t take him a long time to get it done - just a couple days! We had such a great experience with Andover Auto! They got me right in for repairs due to me hitting a deer. They worked with my insurance and called me every step of the way to update me! Every tech that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They strived to make sure that I was happy with the process and the results. My car turned out Beautiful😍 Their work is excellent! Plus it hasn't been that clean since I purchased it 8yrs ago! I HIGHLY recommend!!!
My 2015 Tundra looks great, looks like new. Very pleased with the work. Jeff and Alex are a pleasure to work with and they have a good crew. They started my truck and had it back as promised, very reliable shop. Highly recommend Andover Auto Body to any job large or small.
