I was referred to them by a coworker and I'm glad I took my car there. I have also been to the a few other big name body shops are here and their work doesn't compare to these guys. Customer service and repair work were both top notch.
Overall, Andover Auto Body does great work. I asked for a quote to do a “10 foot” paint job on a minor headlight damage repair. Discussed the repair with the estimator at length about trying to repair the hood (not replace as its aluminum) and blending the fender damage back to the door panel and not into the door panel, etc. I was paying cash for the repair and intended to drive the car for some time, so didn’t want to pay for a ‘perfect’ repair. Courteous, goes beyond prescribed repair, and had car vacuum out after.
They were easy to work with and my car looked great when I went to pick it up

My 2022 Dodge Ram Lonestar truck had fairly extensive damage to the driver side. Andover Auto Body had my truck looking show room nice when I picked it up. It was very clean inside and out. I could not say anything bad about the service I received. EXCELLENT JOB, WELL DONE!!!!!!
