There were things done that was not explained why it took place and that an additional charge. For example I was charged homeowners insurance which was already paid plus an additional amount for interest. Not satisfied with explanation given. Regardless Andre was always available to answer all my questions to the best of his ability

This whole process took almost three months to complete. We were not given all the information about the whole process to the point where I had to complain several times about not have ng my questions answered in a timely manner by Jessica Hoffman. I would not recommend using this loan company at all. They are not focused on the customer but are definitely only concerned with the profit they will.make
