She is not willing to help you unless you have a perfect credit score. Doesn’t really care to help. I was referred to her and I would not recommend her service to any one. She just put me on her junk mail list and has no personal customer service. So now I have a hard inquiry that hurt my credit for nothing.

I have received this review and I have not received a refinance request from anyone in Galveston or Galveston County, so I am not sure how to respond to the comments or the experience the reviewer had without having an idea of the reviewers scenario. I definitely do not want anyone to think I do not care. I do try to to council each borrower if they have a credit issue by offering guidance on ways to improve their credit as well as offer credit repair when needed to help them qualify for the home loan.
