Andrea was very helpful in walking me and my husband through our first homebuying process. She helped us get all our documents together to prepare to own our home. She was always responsive, upfront, and even hot us a grant to help with our down payment. She was always available, which is not as common of an occurrence as one would think when it comes to banking. I was a first time home buyer and Andrea went above and beyond my expectations. She was very accessible, responded the multiple questions I had as a first time buyer both via e-mail and phone. I've been working with Andrea for a few months. And we finally made it to closing on Jan 30th 2017. She was very quick in responding to all my questions. Honestly I feel like we've become sort of like family. I didn't feel like I was working with a bank. I felt as I was working with a family member someone I could trust and felt comfortable with and now I'm a homeowner. I couldn't have asked for anymore. Thanks Andrea for everything.

Andrea is a true professional . She not only guide me through the whole process patiently but she was there when i had doubts or questions . She answer my emails and phone calls right away and eliminated all the stress that comes with getting a loan because she explained me clearly step by step from the beginning .
