I arrived early for my appointment and ended up waiting over 30 mins in the waiting room. Then I had to wait about 30 mins before Dr Jurgens came in. The room was very hot. I’m skinny so me thinking that says something. Dr Jurgens spent about 5 mins in the room. It was very clear she knew she was behind by the way she cut me off at the end of the appointment. I had another question to ask but because she was obviously in a hurry, I didn’t think I’d get my question properly answered so I let it go. I’m disappointed.
