routine cleaning As usual, this office is awesome! Office staff is super friendly and very helpful. Always a smile when we walk in the door. We didn't have our usual hygenist for the cleaning. She was very friendly but a bit rough on the scraping of the teeth and flossing. The water jet cleaner was painful as well, not a favorite. Other than that, we love this dentist and will continue to go there even though we don't have insurance for it anymore.

As a result of getting my teeth cleaned yesterday, I learned that the pocket behind my lower left third molar is still deep (7mm) and that I should consider having my impacting 4th molar removed to help prevent a possible serious infection in the future. I also learned that I have an abscess above a root canal on the upper right side of my mouth that needs attention. I am grateful to learn these things and appreciate the care and attention that Dr. Choi and Dr. Park's Smile Orange County team has given me once again.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good first visit. Only concern was hygienist kept glancing at the TV and the volume was on.
