Adam was great to deal with. He was excellent at explaining the process and keeping us informed about the stages and the status that the loan was in.
the communication wasn't that great in the last week or so but overall it was a great experience.
They did what they said they would and I now own a house Andrew did what he said from day one
Andrew and his team went above and beyond while navigating us through the home loan process. He was able to give us real solutions to help us secure not only a loan, but the best loan possible. Hands down, he will always be who we use and recommend. Exceptional attention to detail and communication. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience.
Andrew cornet cost us $1000 to do inspection & apraisel on house we were buying and didn’t get the loan when the whole time dealing with him he said we’re good for the loan! In the end we didn’t get the loan and lost our money do to his negligence. All he could say was sorry guys I made a mistake in figuring what you would qualify for and should of offered refunding the cost of our inspection & appraisal. Also beware you will always have to contact him as he doesn’t return phone calls.
This company is a joke. We were working with a mortgage lender for quite some time, he then completely disappeared and we found out later he quit. We were then working with Andrew who never introduced himself and filled us in on what’s going on. He contacted us everyday demanding more paper work (paper work we already have gave them). They refused to keep promises that our other mortgage lender made (lower mortgage rate and taken out to dinner. They replied with “too bad, call him.”
I will refrain from commenting on my experience.
