It wasn't Andrew's fault - he was great! The issue was; in the middle of our loan being processed our loan officers changed. The loan officer who we started with left KB to work for another lender. This set things back, and it was very difficult to get information while our loan was being reassigned to another agent. This soured the overall experience a little - but Andrew stepped in and got it DONE. We really appreciated that!
