Andrew has wonderful communication skills and explains things so clearly. He was in contact with us frequently for questions we had or giving us information . He was easy to access. He worked with other team members to make our experience a positive one. We think he’s great and should we need ot, we would seek him out to help is again! 10++

I didn't work with Andrew a lot since he joined my house team in the last 2 weeks. However, the experience with KBHS home loans was disappointing. From being able to reach previous loan originator and processor to having been promised that the full amount to extend the loan would be covered by KB homes and it wasn't at the end. I would've rated lower than I did but didn't want to affect Andrew for something he didn't do.

I can't express enough how grateful I am to of had Mr. Hylton as my loan officer. In the beginning of the process, I went through 2 loan officers and lots of confusion. When Mr. Hylton took over as my new loan officer, he was professional and informative which made me feel less stressed. I can't thank him enough!
