Andrew Narsi, my loan officer, was very good at communicating in a timely manner and clear about the documents that were required. He was able to clearly and concisely explain the current stage of the loan, what the next steps would be, and what the approximate timeline for loan approval and distribution would be. Andrew and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication was great, the process was very smooth and Andrew was able to get the deal closed ahead of schedule, with an excellent 30 year mortgage rate locked in as well.
