Andrew really took the time to teach me the process of refinancing my home for 3 hours on a Saturday. When I was hesitant with one of the options, Andrew made it a point to meet with me and explain everything I needed to know in order to comfortably make the right decision for myself. He was very patient & kind. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Andrew jumped in, no hesitation! Not afraid to jump on calls with the realtor to put our best offer forward. Could answer any questions I had as we went. I would say the only constructive feedback would be because Andrew was my main POC, the handoff expectations were a little clunky. I went from 100% communication with him, whenever/whatever, to almost 0% communication. I understand now that his portion of the job was complete, but if there was a better handoff and then expectations set, it would have made post offer a litt... read more

Everybody involved was very helpful and clearly tried their best to get the job done fast as possible. Missed the original closing date by a few weeks but was inevitable. Overall they made everything pretty easy considering was my first time buying a home.
