Mary Langdon is the best and very good at explaining what's needed to get through this process. I do like the email that explained that other people will be involved and that I would receive contact from multiple people. I like that everything was able to be handled mostly via email but I knew Mary was available by phone if I needed that more personal touch. Notably I'm a RE broker and am familiar with the process.
