If there was a category between great and okay, I would have chosen that one. Overall, my experience doing my refi with Churchill was very good. The staff assigned to my application responded promptly to emails and answered all my questions. The only reason I would not give the experience the very top rating is because on the day of my closing, I still had not received word on the exact amount I needed to bring to the settlement, and accepted forms of payment. I had to email and ask!
