There were good things and not such good things. Andy was very good. He worked with us to get the numbers right! We got the right rate and everything closed! The communication between the title company not so good. Ada didn’t communicate very well and we didn’t have final number until right at closing. The closing forms didn’t sync. The notary who came to our place wasn’t prepared and Ada didn’t communicate very well. I have had several homes and this by far was the most disorganized and bad communication I have had. For the most part, everything went smoothly. Our only complaint was the lack of detailed review of the Closing Document and Final Settlement Cost Document (not sure if the title company rep or Andrew were responsible- there was no communication from the tile company rep). In addition, it would have been nice to have seen preliminary numbers in the same formate as the Final Settlement Cost Document (it was confusing to compare numbers with the Closing Document from the week prior)!
