very good veterinary clinic however the wait times are outrageous you better have a whole business to wait in the lobby to be seen

I took my 5yr old chihuahua there for a check up because she was having problems with her breathing. They ran blood test and x-rays and told me they didn’t see anything and she was perfectly healthy but still gave her a cortisone shot. A few weeks went by and she still wasn’t any better so I took her back for a second appointment. I was very disappointed. I have 8 animals and I have taken every single one of them into this clinic. I just recently moved to Andrews and the convince and fast nature of this clinic made it so nice to go. I have spent over $1,000 at this clinic in the last 4 months that I have been in Andrews. I went to get my miniature pig fixed and the front desk told me their cost was $184. I made an appointment and got her fixed. When I came back to pick her up and pay, the cost was over $400. I'm so disappointed. I've taken all my dogs to Andrews vet and had an emergency after hours. Dr Mohr was OnCall. when I explained what was happening he stated he was over heating and cool him off and bring him during normal business hours. I took him to legacy emergency vet in Midland and was told my dog's stomach had turned and he needed emergency surgery and he would not have made it till the morning and he was in pain. if you do not want emergency cases then just put normal business hours but don't brush someone off becau... read more
