RecommendedWe recently had to put down our sweet boy Ranger . He was my service dog! I cried so much ! The staff was amazing during a very hard day for me and the family! We also received a super thoughtful card in the mail. I can’t appreciate them all enough for the care and love they have given our fur baby and us! My ranger used to loved his Nurses 🥰 They care for our fur baby better then Any Vet in Midland!
RecommendedWe recently got a new puppy and found out that he didn't have any of his vaccinations and he is currently 5 months old. After getting prices locally in Midland, we called Andrew's and they not only were cheaper but also took walk-ins. So we traveled with both of our dogs and made a morning of it. yes, we had to wait our turn but that was understandable with the amount of patients and the individualized care for each. RecommendedThis is the only vet my family and i have used or will use!! Not only are they absolutely professional they manage to also be sweet and loving at the same time! We have had to make some sad trips to the vet with a few pups that we didn’t get to go back home with and Charlie and Benji are always so kind when that happens. I love the staff and the new office is mighty spiffy!!
RecommendedThey go over and beyond what’s normally expected to be available and help pets in need. I sincerely appreciate the times they have answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon, squeezed in a puppy patient from out of town, and refilled a prescription when vets from our town were closed for Christmas break! RecommendedI can’t speak highly enough about Dr.Nave and Hada. I took in a rescue boy who has had a lot of work needed from the get-go. Unfortunately his spine had some issues and Nave got him walking again. Our boy crossed over three weeks ago, but not before trying everything within reason to help him. I feel she truly cares for the animals. She always updated me on our budget because hospitalization can get pricey and helped us find different treatment options based on quality of life and cost.
