The process of getting to closing was extremely challenging. I think it was the lender that had the loan program we needed, and so really, my feedback for GR is that your loan officer, Kenzie, was amazing and really fought for us and she is likely the only reason we were able to get this done. The lender, however, was 0/10, would not recommend, and will actively discourage people I know from banking with Huntington.
