RecommendedI have always been a bit skeptical about using a dealer service department. However, a recent situation with my 2007 Maxima required a Nissan mechanic. I was 100% pleased with my experience. In addition to customer-focused service, the Lead Service Advisor, Lenny Lewis, explained my repair options, answered all my questions, and delivered much more than discussed at a VERY reasonable price. At this point, I wouldn't take my car any other place!
RecommendedAndy Mohr is the best! I can't thank them enough for the superb customer service I received. If your thinking of a new vehicle, check then out. I've never been brand loyal but the gas mileage I got in my 2010 Altima convinced me to upgrade to a 2017 Altima.
