You are in good hand with Andrew. He has been in the business for a long time and he knows his stuff. He explained and answered all of our question thoroughly from the beginning to end. He was always ready to crunch numbers and make edits when our life circumstances changed along the way. He had our best interest in mind, was realistic and transparent. Andrew is a great guy. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions. He was patient and answered everything willingly and with great detail. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and was helpful with adjusting numbers / sending spreadsheets and getting back to me in a timely fashion. We had a complicated situation that other lenders hadn't been able to quite grasp or make happen for us. Andrew grasped the situation, knew exactly what to do, and made it happen. He was also very attentive, answered all our questions quickly, and was quite friendly and positive to deal with on the phone and by email.
