Andy was able to process this loan quickly, as the seller wanted to finalize the sale as soon as possible. We met with him in person and he went over all the details with me and my wife so we could understand everything involved in the mortgage, and let us know exactly what we would need to provide. He also kept us informed of the progress of the loan as it was being processed. The closing went very smoothly and I doubt we could have done this without Andy's assistance.
